Common issues
My remote stopped working — what should I check?
Replace the battery first (CR2032 or 27A 12 V depending on model). Then re-learn the remote to the receiver per the board instructions. If the gate responds to the wall button but not the remote, the receiver or antenna connection is the next check.
The gate reverses before closing fully.
Usually the photocell beam is broken or misaligned, or obstacle sensitivity is set too high. Clean and align the photocells, then adjust sensitivity on the board.
The shutter motor hums but does not lift.
On single-phase RV motors check the running capacitor and supply voltage; on three-phase units check all three phases are present. Isolate power and confirm the manual chain lifts the curtain freely — if not, the curtain may be jammed or overloaded.
