What the SG-800 delivers
The lower-numbered of the two SG sliding gate operators. The housing carries a full-width status light and a keyed manual release set into the base, so the gate can be freed by hand without opening the cover. Get a Quote- A level concrete plinth is cast beside the gate track, and the motor is bolted to its base plate with anchor bolts.
- The rack is fixed to the gate leaf in sections, with 1–2 mm clearance above the pinion so the gate weight never rests on the motor.
- Travel limits (mechanical, magnetic or electronic depending on model) are set at the fully open and fully closed positions.
- Photocells are mounted on both sides of the opening at 500–600 mm height; the control board is then programmed for auto-close and obstacle sensitivity.
- A manual release key disengages the gearbox so the gate can be moved by hand during a power failure.
